Vincent Bernard

Vincent Bernard is the Assistant Principal Solo Cello of the Orchestre Métropolitain du Grand Montréal as well as Principal Cello of the Ensemble Amati. He was a member of the Quatuor Arthur Leblanc during the 1993-1994 season. He studied at the Conservatoire of Val-d'Or and then in Montreal where he obtained a first prize both in cello and in chamber music. He studied the cello with Hélène Martineau and Michael Kilburn and chamber music with Yuli Turovsky, Marcel Saint-Cyr and Denis Brott.
